I am always trying to have a healthier lifestyle and smoothies are an easy and delicious way to work on that. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I would really not recommend skipping it. As a plus, you only need around 5 minutes to prepare it in the morning so being in a rush to get to the office cannot be an excuse to skip breakfast anymore.
